How cashback is calculated
Each partner business pays a fixed commission on every bill. 94% of that commission is returned to the customer as PV, 5% goes to the franchise and 1% to the introducer, all as PV.
Example: a 5,000 INR bill at an 8% rate is 400 INR commission. The customer receives 376 INR in value = 3.76 PV.
PV credited to your PanFreedom wallet
PV is credited directly to your PanFreedom wallet, normally immediately. PanStudio.Cloud shows a statement of transfers but holds no PV balance. Very small shares under 0.01 PV are combined and sent with your next transfer.
Refunds reverse PV
A refund within the store's return window reverses the PV credited for that purchase.
Missing PV cases
Open a case within 90 days of the purchase. We resolve it by retrying the transfer, by the business recording the sale, or we explain why no PV is due.
Postpaid commission for businesses
Businesses are billed daily for commission and pay by mandate or online payment. Customer PV does not depend on the business paying on time.
No KYC, email-only
No documents are needed to earn PV. All notices are sent by email only.
