About the service

PanStudio.Cloud runs cashback stores for the PanFreedom ecosystem. Customers shop at partner businesses and receive cashback as PV (points value).

PV is credited to your PanFreedom wallet

PanStudio.Cloud does not hold, store or let you spend PV. Every PV share is credited directly to the recipient's PanFreedom wallet, normally immediately after the sale is recorded.

1 PV = 100 INR in Indian stores and 1 PV = 1 USD in international stores.

Refunds reverse PV

If a purchase is refunded, the PV credited for that purchase is reversed from the PanFreedom wallet it was credited to.

Missing PV

If you think PV is missing for a purchase, open a case from your dashboard. We check it with the business and fix it through the normal transfer process.

Partner businesses: postpaid commission

Partner businesses pay commission after the sale. Commission is billed daily and due 3 days later, by auto-debit mandate or online payment. Unpaid commission leads to reminders, then a pause on recording sales, and finally suspension.

Each business's commission rate is fixed when it is appointed and cannot be changed afterwards.

No KYC

Customers sign in with PanFreedom. We do not collect identity documents.

Email-only notifications

All notices are sent by email and shown inside the app. We never contact you by SMS or WhatsApp.
